Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.

Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking and restocking cases to insure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation.
3.
Prepare foods, in large quantities, carefully following Dutch-Way recipes.
4.
Take action to control shrinkage and pilferage losses.
5.
Follow sanitation program for maintenance of cases, back room coolers, prep areas, and refrigeration equipment.
6.
Ensure favorable department image with customers through a clean, attractive, and friendly department.
7.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
8.
Maintain and submit required records and reports.
9.
Maintain good communications in store and throughout the organization.
10.
Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Government Sanitation regulations, Weights and Measure Laws, etc.
Keep current tare sheet posted.
11.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
12.
Must wear hat, hairnet, or hair restraint; plastic gloves and any other items required by government sanitation regulations or company policy.
